We are seeking a suitably experienced Administration Assistant to join our team on a part time basis.

This highly autonomous role will be responsible for:

·          Rostering in the Nursing Home and Hostel

·          Administration support to Nursing Management

·          Payroll support to the Human Resources Coordinator

To be successful in this position it is critical that you possess:

·          Demonstrated experience in maintaining computerised rosters

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Strong attention to detail

·          The ability to work autonomously, whilst being part of a small team

·          High level administrative skills

·          Excellent customer service skills

·          Demonstrated experience with Microsoft computer applications

·          Experience or exposure to payroll
