Opened in 1979, Adelene self-care units are bright, cheerful and well designed.

The units are maintained to the highest standard and are situated in picturesque, tree-studded grounds that echo to the sound of native birdsong.

You can choose from one or two bedroom units designed for ease of use and maintenance. Each unit contains quality fixtures and fittings and spacious and sunny living and dining areas. There’s also an emergency contact alarm in each unit, and on-site evening security patrol for your peace of mind.

The units are very keenly priced (refer to our Disclosure Statement for pricing), and garages are available with most units.

Our comfortable self care units have an incoming contribution of $164,000 for a one bedroom unit and $230,000 for our two bedroom units. Our maintenance fees at the moment are $324 per month and this is increased by CPI on the 1st July each year.
